A comprehensive survey that enables organizations to assess their current inclusive practices, identify gaps, and take actionable steps toward greater inclusion. Organizations can revisit the survey over time to measure progress and track growth. The survey is available in two formats: as a downloadable PDF, or as an online survey.

For those who choose the online option, Matan will provide a copy of the completed results for your records and future reference.
