Standard Workshop Rates (Up to 30 Participants):

Virtual Presentation Options
For organizations preferring a virtual format, Matan offers workshops at a reduced rate. Virtual workshops provide the same high-quality content and engagement as our in-person sessions, with the added convenience of remote access.
Make-and-Take Activities
For workshops that include hands-on “make-and-take” activities (e.g., calming jars), an additional $5 per participant will be added to the total cost.

Custom Coaching
Custom Coaching and Consultation Packages
Matan offers flexible, extended coaching arrangements tailored to meet the specific needs of your organization:
- Year-Long Community of Practice: This package typically includes monthly 1.5-hour group sessions (minimum 4 participants, maximum 12) plus individualized 1:1 check-ins. Rates are based on a general structure of $400/group meeting and $200/hour for 1:1 meetings, with packages designed to fit specific goals and timeframes.
- 1:1 Director-level coaching – virtual sessions $200/hour with site visits upon request (travel costs not included)
- Curricular adaptation for differentiated instruction
